OLYMPUS CSU W1 SPINNING DISK CONFOCAL SYSTEM | Microscopy in Research Core

The Olympus SpinSR is a high-resolution and fast spinning disk confocal system built on an inverted IX83 microscope base, with fully automated objectives, stage, and filter turrets. This system is specifically designed for fast imaging to capture dynamic biological events in real-time. It is also exceptional for large image scan due to its fast speed. The microscope is equipped with two cutting-edge sCMOS cameras (Hamamatsu Fusion) for simultaneous acquisition on two channels. The Yokogawa CSU W1 spinning disk unit houses two disks (25  and 50 µm ) to best fit different objectives. The system is connected to a feedback stage-top incubation chamber for CO2, and humidity control. The Z drift correction function combats focal drift and maintains long term time-lapse focus stability.
