Nikon TE300 Brightfield
The Nikon TE300 system is built around a Nikon Eclipse TE300 inverted microscope with a range of objectives (4x-100x) for phase, DIC, bright field imaging. It is equipped with an automated stage and a colored camera for bright field images.

Sample
Coverslip thickness: No. 1.5 (equals to 0.17 mm)
Plastic plates and dishes can also be used in addition to glass bottom ones (some objectives are designed for plastic plates/dishes).
