Leica TCS SP5 Confocal

This is a very flexible confocal system build with a Leica DMI 6000 CS inverted, fully automated microscope with motorized stage, condenser, objective and filter turrets. The system is installed with 9 laser lines and is capable to customize emission bandwidth.
